Glaucoma can cause: Glaucoma, cataracts retinal disease and dry eye can cause problems seeing at night or adjusting to the darkness.

Yes: I'd bet the mono vision is the biggest culprit to your symptoms. Cataracts are also a source of glare disturbance. Glaucoma, as you've described mild, is not likely the source. Travatan may cause corneal surface irritation which can blur vision and, consequently, may affect your night driving. First of all try wearing fully corrected spectacles or contacts to evaluate whether or not helpful.
