Try this: Brush and floss without any toothpaste before breakfast. Then 15 minutes to 30 minutes after eating breakfast, brush and floss with the toothpaste of your choice. If you can't find a toothpaste that you like, don't use toothpaste. It is not a necessary ingredient to keeping your teeth clean and healthy. Try tom's of maine, it is one of the more natural, organic and mild toothpastes around.

None!: It is far better to brush after breakfast. But if that is impossible for you, it will be trial and error until you find the best that suits your taste, since everyone's taste preferences are different.

Brushing: You brush your teeth to remove food particles and plaque from your teeth, brush after you eat.
