Anemia: I do not see a question here. I will assume you are asking if this is up to standards. Yes. You cannot give blood is your anemic or have low iron. First and foremost is your health. If you are anemic, with low iron your physician must see you and find out where your iron is going and how to correct this problem. Do not start on iron until your doctor recommends it.

Improve diet, re-try: It is not uncommon for some females to be borderline anemic and/or low iron, depending on menstrual issues and diet choices. If you increase your dark, leafy greens and protein intake for a couple of weeks, you will likely be both a little healthier and able to donate. We need your donation for patients!
