The good news there is oral medicine Gleevec (imatinib) will will clear your gist tumor. Also novartis pharmaceutical which make this drug they can help you if you do not have health insurance or if youe insurance will only cover 80%.

Pain: The pancreatitis and gist may have nothing to do with your current symptoms. If you took glee vac or are taking it symptoms maybe related but probably not. You need to follow up with your gastro doctor and get some blood tests and possible upper and lower endoscopy.
