Gastritis: No. You have an inflamed stomach lining. Take Prilosec and do not drink for at least one week to let your GI tract recover. There is absolutely no reason to go to the ER for this.

Not really: This does not sound like an emergency, it doesn't really sound like pancreatitis. It merits investigation if symptoms persist, but a visit to your family doctor is satisfactory.
