A member asked:

Is brocoli good for hyperthyroidism ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not hurt/won't help,: Broccoli is a very nutritious food, but it is highly unlikely to help hypothyroidism. Regardless of the cause, the best treatment for this is thyroid hormone replacement, or synthroid (thyroxine). See your doctor to find out more, and to figure out what is the best dose for you.
