OK: It depends on the fruit juice you drink. If you blend you own fruit juice that is good. If you purchase them from the store and it is very thin then you are only getting a minimal amount of fiber. It is always best to eat the real thing. You are young and may not have a problem now. If the rest of your diet has fiber like vegetables, salads, nuts, then you are fine.
