Many: Eat whole grain foods and raw fruits and veggies as much as possible. Most colleges now have salad bars as part of their dining choices. Keep up the water, and exercise when you can. If you are still constipated, try adding psyllium husks in water daily. And MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) is a safe stool softener if needed.
