Depends: What was the injection? Did she get depo-provera for contraception? Abdominal pain is a broad topic but did the er not give an answer? It could be many things from an ovarian cyst to constipation to appendicitis but there are times where there is no tissue diagnosis. She must be seeing a physician but need more specifics.
