Not Aneurysm: Aneurysm gives a throbbing headache that is hard to differentiate from migraine. More likely tension headache or torticollis- strained muscles in the neck that respond to heat or cold applications + Aspirin or tylenol (acetaminophen). Excedrin migraine is otc- obtainable without prescription & contains aspirin+tylenol (acetaminophen)+ caffeine. By the time you try these suggestions, the pain will probably go away by itself.
