Yes, but...: As soon as the hands go away, the face pops back into its original shape. Kids do this all the time... it's fun. For older kids and adults, if there is facial distortion due to actitivities like martial arts classes, the face returns to its normal shape after any swelling or bruising resolves... but recurrent or severe sports injuries can lead to permanent changes.
