Total thyroidectomy 8 weeks ago and had blood work done tsh went from.05 on 50 mcg and now .20 on 2 months if 100mcg. stay very tired synthroid (thyroxine) to low?

TSH levels: Total thyroidectomy means you have to be on replacementdepending on reason for resection if benign maintain TSH 1 to 3 if malignant over treated with TSH below 0.1 or so check TSH every 2 months to adjust dose generally you should not experience any symptoms.
