5ml of 100mg/5ml li: The dose is 4.5 milligrams per pound of body weight (for metric users, that's 10mg per kilo). For example: a 20-pound child would get about 90mg (20 x 4.5 =90mg). This comes out to one teaspoon of the children's liquid. (5ml).
