No: Any uninflected person cannot transmit disease, obviously as he does not harbor the disease.

No: A person can't transmit an infectious disease they don't have....But they may have the disease and have no outward signs of it and not know they have it.

NO: One of the participating partners must have the virus for B / C transmission. Hepatitis A can be spread by eating infected seafood or contacting feces of an infected individual and ingesting the virus (hand to mouth). Lave sus manos.
