Whole-milk dairy: One study found a serving a day of full-fat dairy (milk, yogurt, ice cream) may help women with ovulation problems. Take prenatal vitamins with 800 micrograms (mcg) of folic acid. 4-5 mg of Folic Acid if anti-seizure meds or a history of birth defects. Avoid excess alcohol, smoking, marijuana, drugs, and review prescription meds with your md. See a rei if not prego in 1 year, sooner if irregular.
