Check levels: Consider getting a blood test to check your levels of b12, b1, b2, niacin, and b6 to see if you are deficient and really need them. Of note, i think the reference ranges for b6 may be a little low, and you want to be in the upper end of the range. Also for b12, ideally the level should be over 800.
