Morning sickness: Morning sickness usually ends with first trimester. Though you are not able to eat, baby will take nutrients from your body. You should take folic acid 1 mg daily. You can take any flavor milk or yoghurt drink. You should see your OB/gyn for need of further workup like ultrasound/ HCG level, hemoglobin/ GI issues and medications for control of symptoms. Hope you will feel better soon.

Unlikely.: The most fertile time of the month is about 2 weeks from the start of your period assuming that you have a period every 28 days. If your periods are shorter than 28 days, it is possible that you could have hit the fertile time. You will have to wait until you miss your period to get a pregnancy test. There is no way to tell if you are pregnant where you are in your cycle now.

Spotting is common: Spotting is very common in the first few weeks after you start taking Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injections. It is expected to resolve in coming months. If it does not resolve then you should see your gynecologist for examination.

Likely Miscarriage: When a fetal pole and heart beat are not seen on early ultrasound, the ultrasound is usually repeated in one to two weeks. Given your bleeding, it is probable that you are experiencing a misscarriage. If you bleeding becomes more than 1 pad an hour or you have increasing pain, you should call your physician immediately.
