Maybe not good sleep: You may not be getting good sleep depending on the volume and show. It may affect your rem sleep. If you are having issues, consider background "white noise" such as a fan or static maker. Consider natural sleep aids such as melatonin or valerian root. Find a night routine that gets you ready for sleep ie bath or reading, i would recommend against action films and definitely avoid doing bills.
