I agree w' Dr Self: I saw the question several times & think the TV watching could just be a random effect unless it relaxes you and gets your mind off the stresses of your day. Some people fall asleep to the TV as if it's white noise (for me it, it keeps me up since I want to see the end of the program). If it reduces stress, learning a relaxation technique will probably work better. You have lots of choices.
