Eyes feel like there is a slight pressure pulling them down, but look normal when it happens. vision is blurry after, and pushing on 'em helps.?

This is an unusual symtom, and may indicate pressure around the orbits, such as from sinus pressure. I would avoid pushing on the eyes. These symptoms could also be from eye strain or overwork from excessive reading or close work. If the symptoms persist, you may need to contact your medical doctor or eye doctor to get checked.
