None: Vitamins are not food...They are co-enzymes that help you metabolize the food that you take in...A multiple vitamin is usually more than sufficient unless you have a frank deficiency syndrome. A well balanced diet and a an adequate activity schedule is better than any known vitamin supplement. For the most part, supplements just make expensive urine. Don't waste your money. Talk to your family doc.
