Evaluation: Get in touch with you pcp or psychiatrist as you may need in depth evaluation of night time only anxiety, there could be many reason.

Several prescription: Medicines are available, such as xanax, (alprazolam) ativan, and even some sleeping pills, but the real question is why your symptoms do occur at night. Are these actually panic attacks. Suggest an evaluation with a local psychiatrist and get to the bottom of this.
