Difficult: I am unaware of any effective otc meds for fertility. Wt loss can help if not ovulating regularly. Getan ovulation predictor kit and remember the rate of pregnancy is 10-20% per month. Not an issue unless it's ben over a year and 40% of the time it can be a male issue( low or abnormal sperm). Good luck.
