None: If you had a tubal ligation then your chances are not very good of having a pregnancy. There is no over the counter medication that will help with that. Tubal ligations do fail occasionally and someone becomes pregnant but that is very rare. If you seriously want to become pregnant then you need to talk to a gynecologist about a surgery to reverse the tubal.
