Yoghurt is a milk: Product that's okay to give now. Check labels for sugar content. She can drink water from an open-mouthed cup held by you at 9 mos & hold a two-handled cup at 12 mos., when you can wean if you choose. Just limit milk & milk products to 16-21 oz./day to avoid constipation & anemia. Sippy cups with spouts keep the tongue forward; " commuter " & open cups promote lip closure, good for speech.
