More specific: Information would be helpful here, but a full history and exam will likely be needed to sort this out.

Hard to say!: Lots of things cause abdominal pain. Are you feeling ill otherwise? Fever, nausea, vomiting? How long have you had the pain? Causes of abdominal pain range from relatively benign to quite concerning. Could even be a muscular pain. If this pain persists, please see your doctor as a physical exam and evaluation is the only way to determine what this is. Good luck!

Not enough info.: Do you have any other symptoms such as nausea, vomitiing, bloating, constipation tenderness or urinary syptoms. Lower right abdominal pain in young person is appendicitis unless proven negative. Could be gall stones, kidney stone blocking ureter, constipation, inflammatory bowel, swollen abdominal lymph nodes etc. Etc. Hence need to consult your dr. If pain persists.
