RLQ pain /itch: Itch can be a sign of pain. RLQ abnormalities can be ovarian, or gastrointestinal including appendix or even stone/ UTI. Would follow up today at doc/urgent care get U/A may need imaging sonogram or Ct ot evaluate ovary/ appendix
