See ur doctor: multiple potential causes for chronic/recurrent lower left abd pain incl. ovarian/endometrial probs, kidney stones, diverticular disease/constipation, recurrent urinary tract infection. As many of these are treatable/reversible, see ur MD. More info needed but red flags requiring urgent attention incl. blood, fever, worse pain, wgt loss. Happy to consult further and review results of tests so far
