3yr old had a cold with fever for 6-7 days now has crusty eyes when he wakes up and they are a little pink during day but not itchy. will it go away?

See the doctor: It sounds like he may have developed conjunctivitis (pinkeye), a common result of a head cold. The drainage is contagious and good hand washing is needed. It is common to have an ear infection at the same time. As he is having fever, i would suggest having him see his pediatrician.
