Autoimmune hepatitis: Autoimmune diseases typically cause symmetric symptom patterns--such as rheumatoid of both hands, wrists. Some can affect kidneys--again both sides. Rheumatoid lungs. Autoimmune hepatitis is quite rare and often does not cause pain unless severe/late. I remember you said you have fatty liver and had right side pain months ago, but only when pushing on certain area. Not hepatitis. Good luck.
