Im 30. no alcohol.pain in middle right side of abdomen, tucked under rib cage. when i bend into that side it feels like rib pokes tender area. cause?

Get checked out: Right side of your abdomen under rib cage is where your liver and gall bladder live. A good doc can examine your liver to see if it's tender. A blood test can reveal irritation to the liver cells or gall bladder. If organs are ok, Structurally, there can be dysfunction of the tissue/nerve/bone system in that area--an osteopath or PT or good yoga session might help.
