See below: I am not sure if you mean the inside of your thigh or your leg below the knee. Pain in the inside of the leg below the knee could be a local muscle problem, an issue with circulation, pain from the knee and often pain from a pinched nerve in the lower back. A musculoskeletal specialist (orthopedist or physiatrist) could help you out.
