Improve venous flow: You may have pooling of blood in your leg from poor venous blood flow. Try using support stockings and elevate your feet when you can. Regular exercise to keep your muscles pumping blood out of your legs will also help.

Cardiologist: The lower leg is considered the 2nd heart of the body due to the valves in the blood vessels. Without proper blood flow pain can result in the leg and feet. Go to your cardiologist doctor and have them check you lower leg blood flow and valves.
