Echocardiogram good, blood tests good, stress test good except for reversible ischemia but test had 10% false positives should i trust the test ?

Reversible ischemia: Depends. Is there a history of ealy fmaily coronary heart disease..I would be wary with a positive test and at least get the opinion of a cardiologist. Occasionally we see early heart disease and a plain echo is not useful for those in many cases.

Screening test: Stress test is a screening test to determine if ischemia is present. It has good although not perfect reliability. You should discuss the results and next steps with your cardiologist.
