Depends: Ideally we like to see 5 million total motile sperm after the wash for an IUI specimen. If you have a good IUI specimen and you respond well to Clomid (clomiphene) then your chance of conception should be about the same as a fertile couple: about 15% per cycle, about 60% after 6 cycles.

2nd cyc on Clomid (clomiphene) for 2nd iui. 1st Clomid (clomiphene) cycle was 3-7. Lining was low 6.5 at insemination. Was switched to days 2-6 per dr. Thoughts on difference?
