Schedule follow up: It is good news that you ovulated on Clomid (clomiphene) but not everyone gets pregnant the first time. Schedule a follow up with your fertility doctor to discuss the next steps. Most likely they will repeat the process.

Pregnancy : Even when the moon and the stars are aligned the chances of pregnancy conception per cycle are only 19-20%. Continue working with your doctor it sounds like this dose is working if you ovulated
