Was he taking: testosterone for quite some time? It can really reduce sperm levels. HCG helps them increase theirs. Also MTHFR 677 & 1298 status of both parents needs to be known, and if positive, treated before conception is attempted. Good luck!

A fertility: doctor should help .Are you asking if you have had adhesions or do you know? ARE YOU OVULATING? IVF? GOOD LUCK
