Go see your doctor: If you notice pus when you press any area on your body, you most likely have an abscess which means you need to go see your family doc & get treated. This typically means getting the abscess incised (cut open) & drained, commonly known as i&d. Some might recommend packing the wound if it's large to keep it from closing up prematurely. You might also get a course of antibiotics, too.
