?colitis with? Sepsi: History short No physical examination Suggestive of colon or small bowel infection,/ inflamation , with drop in BP suggesting possible sepsis./ dehydration. needs emergent work up and further test to confirm dx. Need to get GI CONSULT FOR EMERGENT work up
