what is my chance for miscarriage after the heartbeat is seen at 6 weeks. everything else measured fine as well. so worried, 1st baby!?

Depends on symptoms: In general if you are not bleeding or having significant cramps its very likely you are going to have a normal pregnancy. However, there are no guarantees. Having said that, i would relax and enjoy being pregnant. Take your prenatal vitamins and start regular OB care.

Good sign: Seeing a heartbeat on ultrasound is certainly encouraging. Miscarriage rates are thought to be in the 5% range once a heartbeat is detected.
