Confusing question: If you are pregnant & the rubella igm and igg are both positive, the fetus likely has congenital rubella and may have any of it's many complications. If you are not pregnant but had a recent case or shot for rubella, the numbers tell us your body is developing immunity & future pregnancies should be protected from the virus.
