Needs routine: Children have a sleep switch - either on or off. When switch goes on they sleep soundly. If switch is off they are like the energizer bunny. Try to find what flips the switch for your child. Sometimes warm milk helps, sometimes special teddy bear, sometimes melatonin or benadryl (diphenhydramine). Discuss with your pediatrician.
