Stress test: I am an advocate of stress and worry relief. I would recommend a consultation with a reputable cardiologist to put your mind at ease, even if no shortness of breath or chest pain with meals or exertion and no swelling of legs or waking up in the middle of the night short of breath. Fatigue has many causes. Please have your iron checked, for example.

Yes: hopefully you have seen your MD since onset of tiredness - if not do so. Need to assess the status of your cardiovascular system.. On the other hand this history can certainly evoke considerable anxiety which also can cause tiredness. May also be depressed without the mood of depression.
