Him, you or combined: Partner's semen might contain too few or no sperm, or sperm themselves could be abnormal or non-motile. Has he a history of mumps?. Have either of you had a std?, this can affect or block both sperm delivery or fallopian tubes. Age can be a factor. Your vaginal secretions may be incompatible with his semen.
