Failure to conceive: If your wife was able to conceive the first time, she can the second. Make sure you have sex 3 times a week. Also, make sure you ovulates by doing ovulation test. If she does, she should go to obgyn to make sure her exam is normal. If no abnormalities are found, you will need to rule out your issues by doing sperm test.
