See your GYN: The preg test can be repeated and get other hormone blood work and an ultrasound, and you can get on a diet assuming you are not preg, i offer my patients the HCG diet with 500 calories a day to lose wt, it is not fda approved but is safe , i did it myself and lost 24 lbs in 28 days and have kept the weight off now going on 13 months later, but this should be done under doctor supervision.

Unlikely: Home pregnancy tests and blood tests are usually pretty accurate, depending on how soon after fertilization you did the test. Repeating a quantitative blood test (which measures the amount of pregnancy hormones) is more accurate than just a positive or negative qualititative test. Talk to your doctor.
