CBT & medications: Ocd is one of the anxiety disorders, if you already have been diagnosed with it, then the definitive treatment is medication and cbt. Medications used include ssri's, benzodiazepines, and Dopamine blockers. Self help books are helpful on top of all that. Those can be suggested by your therapist depending on the course of treatment good luck.

Behavioral Therapy: The easiest answer to do the opposite of what your ocd wants you to do. Exposure therapy is to systematically face your fears and feel the anxiety associated without doing anything to neutralize or avoid and repeating this.
