See below....: Anafranil (clomipramine) should not cause insomnia; it should be given at bedtime and it is typically very sedating. Fluvoxamine ( Luvox) is often sedating as well. What time of day are you taking these meds. Maybe a simple adjustment in WHEN you take them could make a difference. Talk to your doctor!
