Sometimes only one sensory system or it may involve several. Ocd is classified as an anxiety disorder. It is possible to have ocd and a processing disorder but one is not the cause of the other and the treatment is usually very different.

It can...: Possibly represent ocd. When i read about slow processing speed on psycho-educational testing in an anxious kid, it often fits with my clinical diagnosis of ocd. There is a wide range of dosage of fluvoxamine; if you are tolerating it well, make sure you discuss your symptoms with your doctor and get on a dose that is more helpful to you. Good luck!
