Might be irritated?: Some foods act as irritants to the bladder, and make you feel like you have to go to the bathroom all the time. Examples include: coffee, tea, alcohol, tomatoes, salsa, spicy foods, chocolate, fruits/juices that are high in acid. Avoiding excessive amounts of these substances might help.
